We visited Gaziantep GAP Visually Impaired Primary/Secondary School Manager Mehmet Yıldız in his office and had a pleasant conversation. Mehmet Yıldız, who is the only visually impaired principal among 16 schools operating in this field in Turkey, sets an example for everyone, including his own students. We gave information about our association to Mr. Yıldız, talked about our activities and projects, met for the common benefit and talked about the shortcomings and what we could do together.
Our colleagues in the Izmir region reached the husband and wife physically handicapped refugee family and delivered the batteries of their wheelchairs. The family, who could not go out for months because their batteries are dead, will be able to go out to meet their needs and socialize thanks to your support.
We continue to deliver food, hygiene and baby kit aids in line with the needs of our families identified in the Van region and guided by other institutions in the region.
The youngest daughter of Kaptıkaçtı family, one of our families in need living in Gaziantep, was experiencing difficulties due to her hands. We made an appointment for him and went to Private Anka Hospital together. During the interview with the doctor, we were informed that surgery was required for one hand first and then for the other hand. We were happy to be with him and support him during this process.
